Aip Cheong was established in 1982 by Mr. Lee Kim Sia and registered to the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents under company no E(3)0020. 

Our primary goal is to provide  friendly  and  professional  services  in order to satisfy our client,  who tends to buy, sell or rent property in Johor Bahru regardless of size, location or price range.

Aip Cheong has a team of  well-trained  and  experienced  estate agent, probationary estate agents  and negotiators who  undergoes  continuous training to maintain high quality workgroup.
